You’re correct in that it does take quite a bit of effort. But, the payoff is good. Taking the time needed to research and build a quality list gives you the opportunity to learn about the people and business on the list. Getting a bit chummy with them goes a long way toward learning what’s important to them, what their business challenges are and such.

With the info in hand, you can craft spot-on content and marketing messages that resonate. That’s a whole lot better than guessing.
